11/4/2005 - DALCO announces the successful completion of a high-profile handheld application project with a major healthcare systems provider. Designed for the Palm OS, the new application provides patient data on PDAs for use by physicians making rounds at hospitals.

Proper handling of data can literally be a life and death issue at healthcare facilities. DALCO's team of seasoned developers crafted an application that meets the highest requirements for quality and performance.

"It was crazy at times," said Jim Hibbard. "We were called in when the project was already six months behind schedule. But we worked hard, refused to sacrifice quality, and ended up finishing a week early. It is very gratifying to know our impact benefits doctors and patients as well as our client and their customers."

By utilizing DALCO, the Corporation cut the projected budget overrun by 22%.
