Whatever you do, get DALCO engaged, the sooner the better.  We started discussions with them in August, they made several suggestions and recommendations.  Unfortunately, we dragged our feet.  They were politely professionally persistent and pointed out what our inaction was costing our organization.  When we finally got the project started their project delivered the highest ROI  of any project we have undertaken in the last 24 months.  DALCO exceeded our expectations.  My only regret was that we did not leverage their organization sooner.
